Who We Are

At SLVC, we are passionate about investing in the next generation—from the youngest child to the graduating senior—because we believe every life has purpose, value, and a place in God’s Kingdom. Our mission is to disciple children and students by leading them into a deep, lasting relationship with Jesus Christ.

SLVC Kids

“Show Them Jesus and Know Them Like Jesus”: SLVC Kids ministry is committed to partnering with you, parents and caregivers, in training your kids to be life-long disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. “Then they brought little children to Him, that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked those who brought them. But when Jesus saw it, He was greatly displeased and said to them, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God. Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.” And He took them up in His arms, laid His hands on them, and blessed them.” Mark 10:13-16

SLVC Youth

We exist to equip jr. high and high school students for the work of ministry, to provide opportunities towards a full and deep relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe God has a purpose and personal plan for every individual life, no matter the age. We encourages students to plug in, grow, and become committed followers of Christ. We lead and teach our students to develop their own personal time in God’s Word and prayer through intentional discipleship.
